Isys has formed strategic alliances with major product providers. This complements the support provided to our clients and enhances our capability to provide a seamless service to the end-user. These alliances have resulted in significant recognition and accreditations from major vendors.

Isys is an Oracle Commercial Application Partner. Our management information system for the printing industry, Keren, runs on Oracle in both Windows client/server and host/terminal modes. We supply and configure the Oracle RDBMS and associated communications protocols for running Keren on Oracle. With Oracle, our customers can use a range of different query tools for building reports and to extend the application to meet their specific business needs. We also manage database administration for our users.

Isys has an established partnership with Net-G, the international computer based training organisation.

Isys is an Accredited Reseller of Hewlett Packard hardware. We advise clients on the appropriate configuration for their server, usually in the HP9000 series running HP UX. Hardware is pre-configured in our offices with operating system and application software, and then installed on site. Isys provides telephone support so that clients have a ‘one stop shop’ for both operating system and application issues. We also take first line calls on hardware maintenance for referral to Hewlett Packard.

Isys is a Lotus Business Partner and through this network we are a supplier of Lotus systems training (computer based training) for Smartsuite, Notes and cc:Mail. We are a Notes developer and have implemented internally a Notes customer support system.

Isys is a Commercial Application Partner for PowerBuilder products. We use PowerBuilder to build the Windows versions of KEREN, our management information system for the printing industry. We also use the companion product, InfoMaker, for all our report writing with Keren, and offer training in its use to our clients.
